Google DeepMind said Argon is aimed at coding, enterprise work, and cyber defense (@GoogleDeepMind). According to the official blog, developers can use it on the paid tier of the Gemini API, and Ultra subscribers can use it in Antigravity; the Gemini App and AI Mode in Search are open to Pro and Ultra subscribers. Input and output share a 1 million token window (Google blog). On Cursor's own CursorBench, Argon scored 52.8% at default settings, on par with Opus 5.5 (@cursor_ai). Third-party evaluator Artificial Analysis put Argon's Intelligence Index in the same tier as GPT-6 Astra, at about $1.99 per task (promotional pricing) with a 15% hallucination rate (@ArtificialAnlys). Early tester @theo called it a big step up and good value, but said it still often behaves strangely and that it can't be fully trusted yet; @ashen_one said they bought the $100-a-month Ultra plan to test it and used up the quota in 30 minutes.
