Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg pointed to the work done with Apple: as a result, the new Mac Studio can run Muse Spark Open smoothly (@finkd). Meta's official specs: it natively handles text, images, video and audio, takes a 1M-token context, and has 816 billion parameters in total, 42 billion of them active at a time (@AIatMeta). Using the newest version of the MLX framework, a pair of M5 Ultra Mac Studios is enough to run it, and inference engines such as llama.cpp, vLLM and SGLang are supported too (Meta blog).
There are two ways to get it. To download the weights yourself, look on Hugging Face or on the model platforms of AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft. If you'd rather not host it, seven hosting platforms including OpenRouter and Groq offer an API. The weights come under Meta's own Muse Model License (Meta blog).
