Stateful agents can also be hosted on Vercel, @vercel noted when it declared Vercel Drives generally available. According to the official blog, each new sandbox mounts the same drive at a directory you choose, and the drive itself only has to be set up once. Whatever the previous run left there, codebase and files alike, stays untouched for the next sandbox on that drive to take over directly, so agents don't need to move their workspace when they change execution environments.
Drives can be shared between agents as well. An agent doing analysis or writing reports can mount, read-only, a drive that another agent has already prepared. Forks are separate copies, each writable, and they won't be merged back into the drive they came from either, which suits several agents testing different ways to process data in parallel; forking is also generally available (official blog).
